We have fully trained and experienced staff available to provide you with a complete and cost effective book-keeping service.
We can help ensure your VAT returns are prepared accurately and on time. We can work either at your premises or from our own office. The service is completely customised to your needs, and can range from the simple completion of a manual system with a cash book and all supporting documentation and reconciliations to a fully integrated ledger based computerised system capable of producing accurate and timely management information on a regular basis.
Credit control
To be successful, credit control procedures need to be formalised and regularly applied. If you have difficulty with either establishing these procedures or do not have the time to apply them, we can help.
We can make all the telephone calls and send out all the statements and reminder letters you need to help get your money in on time.
Who we contact and how, and the wording of all reminder letters, remains completely under your control. We act as your internal credit controller, but instead of employing one full time, you only pay for the hours actually needed to do the job.
We can also assist you and advise on court procedures when required.
